Whole venue scope includes the full investment and operation. Incremental scope includes only the new equipment and applicable additional costs; it cannot represent whole venue returns. Blank means unknown. Enter 0 only when the value is confirmed as zero.

Choose equipment first. A precise payback period is not shown without evidence of equipment capacity.

The cycle includes preparation, the experience and cleaning; it does not equal the advertised session duration. Capacity is allocated day by day across common operating days. Unused fragments at the end of a day cannot be combined across days into a service. Actual appointment schedules and safe operating capacity have not been verified.

Each entry represents a type of paid order. Select the equipment included in a package; its price is counted once. List separate paid extras as separate entries, without counting internal package allocations as extra revenue. If consumables are included in per-use equipment costs, do not enter them again elsewhere.

When equipment or staff capacity is insufficient, available service is allocated conservatively in the order listed above. This is not an optimized schedule or a guarantee of sales.

Enter shared costs only once. Enter 0 explicitly for items that do not apply. Include applicable taxes, financing and depreciation in other costs or review them separately. Monthly operating balance is not accounting net profit.
