01How do I choose between liquid-nitrogen and electric cryochambers?

Liquid-nitrogen models respond quickly and offer flexible deployment, making them suitable for projects that prioritize an intense experience and efficient individual sessions. Electric models require no liquid nitrogen and suit venues that value continuous operation, reliable supply and predictable costs. We recommend a model based on visitor traffic, available space, electrical capacity and local supply conditions.

02What is the difference between M1 and N1?

Both are single-person liquid-nitrogen whole-body cryochambers. M1 offers a complete multi-screen interface and a stronger spatial presence for flagship projects. N1 retains the core experience with one fewer 21.5-inch display and a more compact body, suitable for smaller spaces and rapid deployment.

03How do ELEC Pro and ELEC Plus differ?

ELEC Pro is the larger flagship format, typically for 2–3 users, with a base internal size of 1 × 1 m. ELEC Plus is the more compact advanced format, typically for 1–2 users, with a base internal size of 0.9 × 0.9 m. Size extensions are configurations, not additional models. Maximum permitted occupancy and engineering performance require a technical agreement and verified tests.

16What happens after I pay the deposit?

After an order, we begin a five-step delivery process: 1. Confirm the installation environment, including space, ventilation, electricity and liquid-nitrogen or power-supply conditions. 2. Schedule production with visible production-line progress. 3. Carry out factory quality inspection, including a 48-hour simulated operation test. 4. Deliver, install and commission on site. 5. Provide training, including remote tutorials, an operating manual and safety rules. Each step has an assigned person responsible for reliable project delivery.

17How long does delivery take?

For standard equipment, models in stock in China ship in 7–15 days and the normal production cycle is 45 days. Custom models with special colors, logos or upgraded configurations have a three-month delivery lead time. Available stock can be delivered in seven days. After ordering, we provide a clear production and delivery schedule with progress tracking.

18What financing and purchasing options are available?

We offer options to suit different venue cash-flow models: outright purchase with a single payment, installment payments, finance leasing through partner financial institutions, multi-site discounts for major clients, and long-term rental or revenue sharing in selected cities. A plan can be developed for your venue's size and cash flow.

19What are Longevis's business hours?

Our customer-service and technical-support teams are available from 09:00 to 18:00 on working days. Extended support is available for emergencies by prior arrangement. A dedicated service plan can be arranged if your venue needs overnight support.
